Abstract
To celebrate the return of in-person events, Hospitality Action is bringing together four chefs including Callum Bowmer, Luke French, Shaun Rankin and Mark Birchall to prepare a four-course menu.

The long-awaited fundraising dinner (Monday 8 November) will take place at Harrogate’s five star award winning Rudding Park. The event will reunite chefs as they create dishes to welcome the industry back after such a challenging time.

Attendees will receive a cocktail at the canape reception and a four-course meal with wine. The aim of the Chef Dinner at Rudding Park is to raise vital funds for Hospitality Action who act as a ‘safety net’ to help people in the hospitality industry who are struggling.

The chefs cooking on the night include:

  • Shaun Rankin – chef patron, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, Ripon
  • Luke French – chef & co-owner, JÖRO
  • Mark Birchall – chef patron, Moor Hall
  • Callum Bowmer – head chef, Rudding Park

Hospitality Action was launched in 1837 and it aims to offer financial, physical or psychological support services to help people from hospitality get back on their feet. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic the work of Hospitality Action is more important than ever.
