Abstract
Industry charity Hospitality Action will bring together four chefs to cook up a ‘mouth-watering’ menu at Kimpton Clocktower in Manchester on Monday 9th October 2023.
The quartet of chefs will join forces to create dishes to raise much needed funds to support hospitality families in crisis. The award winning chefs include:
- Tim Allen, chef owner at sō-lō
- Stosie Madi, chef owner at Parker Arms
- James McKenzie, chef owner at Pipe and Glass
- Danielle Heron, chef owner at Osma
Guests will enjoy a cocktail and canapé reception as well as a four course meal with wine throughout, whilst hearing from each of the four chefs.
Hospitality Action was launched in 1837 and it aims to offer financial, physical or psychological support services to help people from hospitality get back on their feet. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic the work of Hospitality Action is more important than ever.
