Offering a "bespoke approach" to large-scale projects - from private dinner parties to corporate events, street food festivals and everything in between - the company said it will work with clients to deliver food and drink experiences in creative spaces, with entertainment.
Kerridge explained: “Lush By The Hand And Flowers is so excited to be entering into the events space. It’s been something we’ve wanted to do for a while and I’m confident we’ve found fantastic partners in Brand Events, with equal passion and creativity.
"I just love that we’ll be able to bring people all over the UK and beyond a taste of what we do at The Hand and Flowers in Marlow.”
Working alongside him, executive chef Kieran Reilly has created a selection of sample seasonal menus that the team can tailor to any occasion, whether for canapés, bowl food, à la carte or afternoon tea.
Example dishes include: crispy pig’s head with celeriac remoulade and spiced date sauce; burrata with chimichurri, lime, crispy nut and seeds; and milk toffee tart with ‘old English spice’ and roasted grapefruit sorbet.
