Taking place 10 October at First Option Studio (Shoreditch, London), the ‘Endangered Dishes’ dinner will see Clarke put a ‘modern spin’ on foods such as prawn cocktail, steak Diane, and jelly and ice cream.
He will open the event with an introduction to Britain’s foodie history and the inspiration behind the evening’s ‘reminiscent and intimate’ menu.

Clarke said: “I’m a big fan of classic British cuisine and have been heavily inspired by traditional dishes and cooking methods when putting together menus over the years.
“While certain dishes from the 80s and 90s should definitely stay in that era, I’m delighted to be working with OpenTable to bring back some classics with my own spin.”
