He replaces Vanessa Schotes who has moved to a marketing role outside the food industry.
Holland’s role will be to build the seven CH&Co brands, including Apostrophe and continue to help the business’s wider expansion outside of its geographic heartland, with contract wins such as those this year at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, and Warwickshire’s Compton Verney Gallery.
He was previously head of marketing for the Legoland Windsor Resort, where he launched the UK’s only Lego themed hotel and family attractions based on the Lego Star Wars and Duplo toy ranges.
Before that he managed marketing and PR for Wembley Arena, Conference & Exhibition Centre; handled communications across Westfield’s UK portfolio of retail and leisure destinations; and led marketing at Hammerson’s £350m mixed-use development, Highcross Leicester.
Holland commented on his new post: “CH&Co has an outstanding reputation in the foodservice sector, and I’m particularly excited about moving back in to hospitality and catering, with the recent Apostrophe purchase additionally giving me a chance to add value to the business. It’s quite simply a fantastic time to join this excellent company.”
