4th Mar 2008 - 00:00
Abstract
Westminster Kingsway College has played host to a fundraising dinner for 'Chefs Against Teenage Cancer' with master chef Cyrus Todiwala – raising a total of £16,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity and the Emily Begg fund.
The five-course menu was created by Cyrus Todiwala, the proprietor and executive chef of the Café Spice Namaste. Cyrus organised the event with TCT supporter Paul Gayler, executive chef of the Lanesborough Hotel and college chef lecturer Simon Stocker. The renowned chef worked with a team of students and lecturers to create and serve the five course Indian dinner in the college's Vincent Rooms. Weblink: www.teenagecancertrust.org
