CESA unveils 'Mind the Gap Too' research project for 2016 Conference

Catering equipment consultant Doug Fryett is conducting the 'Mind the Gap Too' research project and will be delivering the findings as part of the Business Day programme at the CESA Conference 2016.

"Mind the Gap Too" is specially commissioned research by CESA to identify the causes and potential remedies to the key industry issue of sticking to the specification and Doug's presentation will be followed by a panel session interpreting the research findings with specialists representing the following sectors:

-    construction - speaker tbc
-    a foodservice operator - Simon Esner, Westbury Street Holdings
-    a consultant - Gareth Sefton, SHW Design
-    a  distributor - Julian Shine, Shine Machinery
-    a manufacturer - David Riley, Hobart Warewash UK

This lively session forms part of a topical and relevant business day programme including a high profile session giving the latest Economic, Political and Legal consequences following the referendum result on Britain leaving the European Union.
