The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) is to host its annual trout fishing day for the foodservice industry on June 16th.
The event, at Albury Estate Fisheries, Guilford, is open to operators, food and equipment suppliers, and both CESA members and non-members.
Malcolm Harling, chair of the CESA marketing committee, said: “It’s not only great fun, it’s also a valuable networking event for the industry.”
The day will cost £120 plus VAT, which includes fishing for the day, bacon rolls on arrival, a barbeque lunch and refreshments. Those without equipment can hire rods, lines, flies and nets for £20.
