Abstract
The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) is to meet with the Minister of State for Skills and Apprenticeships, Anne Milton MP, on 30 January to discuss “the impact of skills shortages on the catering industry.”

Arranged by the organisation’s patron, Lord Trefgarne, the not-for-profit organisation SEMTA (Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies Alliance responsible for “transforming the UK’s engineering skills for the future”) will also attend, to look at how both bodies can “work more closely with the Minister’s team to shape skills strategies.”

CESA is urging members to “voice their skills gap concerns, ideas, opinions and experiences” to the CESA Secretariat before 30 January, so it can include them in the upcoming meeting.
