CESA and ceda host Catering Equipment Industry Technical Conference

Abstract
CESA and ceda will co-host the Catering Equipment Industry Technical Conference, which will see a range of expert speakers deliver updates and seminars of the latest industry-specific topics.

The Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) and Catering Equipment Disributors Association(ceda) event will take place on October 10 at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel and would be of interest to anyone involved in project sales and management, design an after sales service, including senior engineers.

The conference will include sessions on TR19, the internal cleanliness of ventilation systems; fire suppression systems and the greater emphasis that is put on fire prevention in commercial kitchens in light of Grenfell; waste regulations and other relevant standards and regulations updates; the use of LP gas for commercial catering events, street food and mobile catering and a seminar about kitchen ventilation which will discuss the impact of ventilation standard DW172, 12 months after its introduction and also the control of odour and noise following the withdrawal of the DEFRA guidance document. 

It will be hosted again by Richard West, who will present his own thoughts on how to seize new opportunities in addition to an exhibition and opportunities for networking during the day and evening dinner.
