CEDA calls for future leaders to join Industry Academy
Abstract
CEDA is launching its first Industry Academy and is calling on its members to put forward candidates to join.

The new academy, which will meet twice a year, is designed to encourage rising talent to share their experiences, knowledge and ambition.

CEDA is calling on its existing members and platinum partners to look at their talented employees who are under-30 and encourage them to come forward and join the academy.

Adam Mason, director general at CEDA, said: “The academy wants the next generation of talent within CEDA, from all job disciplines in the foodservice equipment sector, to be able to meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities that they are facing on a daily basis.

“Through communication and the sharing of knowledge, solutions can be found that will make a real and positive impact on members’ businesses.

“This is a real opportunity to encourage positive change in the foodservice sector, engaging and giving a voice to the next generation of company and industry leaders.”

The twice yearly meetings will be held in relevant venues including foodservice operations and equipment design and manufacturers.
