In preparation for National Vegetarian Week, Cauldron has released recipes including tofu Thai green curry, falafel Buddha bowl with creamy avocado dressing and a sticky sesame tofu with spring greens.
Lynne Elliot, chief executive at the Vegetarian Society, said: “It’s brilliant to have Cauldron sponsoring the week again, and we’re looking forward to working together to get even more people sitting down to veggie meals with their friends and family.
“National Vegetarian Week is the perfect time to get everyone interested in veggie food and a great opportunity to get people eating more plant-based meals.”
The new challenge is as simple as 1,2,3: go veggie for one week, nominate two others and donate £3 to the Vegetarian Society.
