She will be responsible for retaining and developing Catermasters’ business in the South East region.
Edwards joins the Leamington Spa-based company from Holroyd Howe. She has also worked for Baxter Storey and Sodexo.
She trained as a chef at the beginning of her career and it is her love of food that has prompted her to join Catermasters.
She said: “I’m passionate about food and the fact that I’m joining a smaller company like Catermasters means I will be able to focus on food standards and development, rather than the bottom line. That’s something that I’ve missed.”
