Catering partner needed at Durlston Castle

A catering partner is needed for the daily provision of a café, evening bistro, seasonal kiosk, catering for functions and retail, and the potential of providing fine dining to visitors. The Victorian castle is currently undergoing a £5.5m renovation to create a new visitor centre catering for up to 200,000 visitors per year. When it reopens next year the castle will provide the park's reception, exhibition space, function facilities, gift shop and a range of food and drink. It will include a fully equipped café/bistro, outside terrace areas, a shop, function spaces and a stunning rooftop viewing area. In addition, there will be opportunities for seminars, training courses, weddings and a range of other special events.
