Abstract
National independent contract catering company Catering Academy has won a seven year contract extension with Adams’ Grammar School.

The foodservice deal, which was originally won in 2010,includes the addition of a new catering facility to the site that will operate exclusively for the school’s 300 sixth form pupils.

In an attempt to reduce the amount of food being purchased off site, Catering Academy created a new concept that would appeal to sixth form students looking for a versatile space for both socialising and group study.

Louise Wymer, founder director at Catering Academy, said: “Contract retention is vital to our business; not only does it demonstrate that our clients understand our ethos, it also underlines our ability to deliver a service that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.

“We are delighted to be able to add the new sixth form catering facility to our service offering at Adams’ Grammar School, combining an exciting food offering with specialist Team Academy service.”
