Under a one-year contract worth £80K in annual turnover, Wilson Vale now operates a café and hospitality service at the busy centre for approximately 120 on site.
As well as meeting and conferencing facilities, the centre has fully serviced and virtual offices, a multimedia theatre, video conferencing and gym facilities.
Andrew Wilson, co-founder and managing director of Wilson Vale, said: “What is really interesting about this contract is that the centre is used by a diverse range of people, from home-workers who use it as a hot desk facility to business people visiting for training purposes and meetings.
"The food offer had to be good and it was important for our client to work with caterers with the same culture and style so that we could enhance and support their work.”
This latest contract gain brings Wilson Vale’s portfolio to over 70 contracts, mainly within the B&I, conferencing and independent schools sectors. Annual turnover is set to reach £17 million by the end of its financial year (December 2012) – £2 million more than its projected turnover figure for 2012.
