Specialist London caterer Vacherin has appointed Steve Farmer to the role of operations manager, responsible for a number of its Central London operations.
Farmer joins Vacherin from Absolute Taste, the McLaren Group’s catering arm, where he ran operations at TAG Farnborough Airport and Mercedes Benz World.
Mark Philpott, owner & managing director, Vacherin, commented: “Steve’s knowledge of top-end hospitality and exclusive events, together with his commercial and team-building experience, will be of great benefit to both the operations he’ll be overseeing, and to our management team. We’re delighted he has joined Vacherin and we wish him every success in his new role.”
