Following its recent refurbishment which also saw the museum “significantly shorten its suppliers list,” Seasoned joins 13 other catering companies to have “gained eligibility to host events (there.)”
With the capacity of 1,200 guests for a reception and 600 guests for a dinner, the company will provide its “locally sourced, seasonal ingredients” for a range of events from product launches and Christmas parties to awards dinners.
Managing partner Colin Sayers said: “Re-taking our place on the Natural History Museum’s exclusive list is a fantastic achievement and one we’re proud to add to our growing list of London museums (including The Science Museum, the V&A and the Cutty Sark)
“We can’t wait to host events at this stunning venue once again and look forward to impressing our clients with event setups that complement the beauty of the building.”
Seasoned last catered for an event at the Natural History Museum in 2016, where it served the 420 guests a three-course dinner including its signature ‘salmon plate’ - smoked salmon with horseradish cream, London gin cured salmon and beetroot gravlax with a gazpacho sorbet – and ‘Rhubarb Heroes’ trio of desserts featuring a chilled rhubarb, raspberry and rosemary crumble shot, a rhubarb and custard macaroon and a rhubarb sorbet.
