Abstract
Caterer Searcys has added The Commonwealth Club to its growing portfolio.
The Commonwealth Kitchen will be open to club members and as part of their conferencing and events facility.
The 60 seat restaurant will feature a British menu with an international twist from head chef, Oliver Tobias who has worked within several Michelin starred restaurants. The kitchen will also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. General Manager, James Bonner will lead the front of house operation having previously worked with a number of clients at both the Royal Opera House and during his time with Admiral Crichton. The Commonwealth Club first opened its doors in 1870 as a gentleman's club where entrepreneurs and businessmen came together to discuss issues of Colonial interest.
