The contract, worth an estimated £12 million in total turnover, will see Kudos provide food matchday services in the club’s corporate boxes, hospitality suites, public retail outlets, and bars.
As part of the deal, which commenced on the 1st July, Kudos will also look after all non-matchday catering and venue management at the stadium, which includes corporate events, private parties and weddings at the club’s multi-use conference centre and events space.
The stadium is also currently undergoing a multimillion pound redevelopment, due for completion in the Summer of 2014, which will see its capacity rise from 13,591 to 15,446. This will include a new lounge, bars, wedding facilities and new state of the art conference facilities.
Jon Pryce, managing director, Kudos, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with one of the best known names in the game and we are really looking forward to bringing some of our culinary flair and retail expertise to Franklin’s Gardens.”
Allan Robson, chief executive, Northampton Saints, added: “We are delighted to sign this contract - Kudos has great pedigree and we are pleased to be partnering them to deliver services that are hugely important to our supporters and our sponsors.”
