Caterer H+J launches spring menu at ‘taste of fashion’ event

London caterer H+J has launched its fashion themed spring menu at a ‘taste of fashion’ event at Dartmouth House in Mayfair, London.

At the event, H+J showcased its new menu created by head chef Joseph fisher and inspired by British fashion houses around Mayfair.

H+J director and co-founder Patrick Harbour, said: “It’s a very exciting time for H+J as we head in a very busy spring and summer season and we are thrilled to have showcased our newest dish concepts at the stunning venue that is Dartmouth House.

“At H+J our motto is that food is like fashion, it never stands still and Dartmouth House: A Taste of Fashion has given us the ideal opportunity to demonstrate how we strive to stay ahead of the curve in the event and venue catering.”

Menu items included seared tuna and curry sponge with a coriander cress, crab bonbons with a bisque mayonnaise and lavender sorbet and soubise apricots.

The evening also included a fashion installation George Chaffey, winner of 2014 Young Designer of the Year: UK South and a mannequin centerpiece based on a punk theme.

H+J provides business hospitality, and catering for cafes, restaurants, conference and banqueting in iconic venues such as the Cutty Sark, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and Prince Philip House.
