Abstract
London caterer Food By Dish and the Natural History Museum welcomed a sea of event professionals to a private breakfast viewing of its latest exhibition and venue space earlier this week.

Event organisers including 19 Events, Evolve Events and Brook Green explored the new gallery Coral Reefs: Secret Cities of the Sea, featuring coral that was collected firsthand by Charles Darwin.

The breakfast menu, devised by venue caterers Food by Dish, combined spring classics with unusual combinations. Dishes included oak-smoked salmon with fresh avocado, quail egg Florentine, French toast sticks in maple syrup and mini Welsh smoked bacon butties with grilled tomatoes; accompanied by fresh pomegranate mocktails to wash it all down.

Hannah Strong, sales and marketing director at Food by Dish commented: “Our partnership with iconic venues like the Natural History Museum always creates memorable events. This was not only another unique event but also a great occasion, in-keeping with the exhibitions’ message, to showcase our lasting commitment to sustainability and sourcing environmentally ethical foods, a policy close to our business.”

Simon Kershaw, head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum, said: “We’re always considering news ways to reinvent and develop the venue spaces in the Museum, keeping them as exciting and current as possible. We normally have at least two additional exhibitions open at any given time and currently we have The Wildlife Photographer of the Year gallery and Coral Reefs, both proving to be excellent additional venue spaces to enhance a corporate function.”

Food by Dish is a London caterer with over 25 years of experience, it provides catering services at over 25 venues around the ca[ital, such as award dinners, weddings and private parties.
