Caterer Dish appoints sales and events manager

Award-winning caterer Dish has hired Victoria Dawson to fill the position of sales and events manager.
Dawson's role will see her acquire and secure business leads, plan and co-ordinate events, She will also work closely with Dish's head chef Tom Gore to produce creative menus for a range of clients. Dawson has over four years event management experience in contract catering and hotel event management, previously working as account manager and front of house tour manager at Caxton St Catering in Australia. She also spent time as an event manager at the De Vere Grand in Brighton where her role involved managing conferences, exhibitions, banquets, fashion shows and product launches. She ran 160 events in four days for an annual political party conference and managed week long conferences for up to 500 delegates whilst at the venue.
