Caterer Charlton House retains Steria Limited group contract

The independent caterers take over the new site today, Monday 14th February. A team of 12 now manages on-site breakfast, lunch and hospitality services for 577 Steria employees. Caroline Fry, managing director of Charlton House, said: "We gained our first Steria contract in July 2000. From then on, the business has gradually been extended to include other sites in Wakefield, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, London and Reading. "The additional site in Hemel is the icing on the cake and is a true reflection of our quality standards, our relationship with our client and our commitment to delivering our promises. "To develop business on the strength of existing performance is a real vote of confidence in our staff and in our way of doing of business. We work very hard to place quality at the centre of everything we do so the four-year retention is a fantastic affirmation of that."
