Carling reveals three year deal with Scottish Rugby

Carling has announced a three year deal with Scottish Rugby, which sees it become the official beer of Scottish Rugby and Murrayfield stadium.
Carling, made with 100% British Barley, entered the Scottish market in 2002 is part of a wider portfolio of brands distributed by Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd, the Global Family Brewer. As part of the sponsorship deal, Carling will have a major presence at Murrayfield stadium, where the brand will be visible on billboards, LED Pitch boards, bars inside and outside the stadium and staff uniforms. The deal does not include any form of shirt sponsorship but focuses on ensuring people can enjoy a great pint of beer responsibly on match days. Carling is working closely with Scottish Rugby to improve the quality of beer served at the stadium to ensure supporters receive a great tasting pint of Carling on match days. Paul Miller, director of sales, Molson Coors Scotland said: "We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Scottish Rugby and look forward to working closely to create an enhanced match day experience for Scotland fans. "We are proud of the imaginative steps we have taken to building a relationship with Scottish consumers and to promote sensible drinking and consumption of alcohol."
