Abstract
From Sunday, February 26, until Thursday, March 1, the Craft Guild of Chefs will be hosting the Skillery, a live demonstration area at Hotelympia 2012 at ExCeL in London, and needs chefs to show off their culinary skills on stage.
The Guild is looking to feature both young and experienced chefs from all sectors of the hospitality industry, and will run demonstrations on specific themes including: • Education in the industry • Rising stars • International flavours • Use of specific ingredients • If you are interested in taking part in a 40 minute demonstration, please email a small biog and your contact details to: cgc@proactivecommunications.co.uk
