The Ashby-based firm is one of three catering companies to have featured on every list since its inception in 2013.
Wilson Vale came 12th on the list based around reported turnover and compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over the last three years.
The report produced by AlixPartners and EP showed that Wilson Vale has achieved 18.3% compounded annual growth in gross profit and a turnover increase of 25.4% over the period.
The firm has a portfolio of 95 clients, mainly within the corporate sector, independent education and conferencing. Turnover is forecast at £29 million for year-end December 2017.

Wilson Vale has started work on a new 8,000sq ft headquarters in Ashby-de-la-zouch in Leicestershire, due for completion in 2018
