Abstract
London-based catering company Bubble Food has been retained as a caterer to the Royal Horticultural Halls event venue on a three-year deal.

The Royal Horticultural Society, which owns the halls, says it chose to extend its contract with the ‘bespoke’ caterer due to its passion and commitment to sustainability.

Bubble Food has organised a number of events at the central London venue first opened by King Edward VII in 1904, including launches, dinners and award shows.

Michael Collins, Bubble managing director, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been retained as a caterer to the Royal Horticultural Halls.

“We have worked with the team on a number of incredible events over the years, from high profile launches such as Renault Formula 1’s racing car reveal and Maserati’s SUV Levante, through to thought-provoking immersive performance dinners and, most recently, inspirational CSR events such as the Social Enterprise Awards.

“We look forward to many more spectacular events in this stunning and versatile venue.”

The Halls is one of a number of well known London venues on Bubble Food’s current portfolio.

The food design and event management company also holds contracts with the British Museum, National Portrait Gallery, Somerset House and the Southbank Centre.

Lorraine Thorne, venue sales manager, Royal Horticultural Halls, added: “We are delighted to have reaccredited Bubble Catering for another three years.

“Bubble has worked with us on some very high profile events over the past few years and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, service and quality of their catering - they never cease to surprise clients with their creativity and pushing the boundaries food and drink design.”

Bubble Food recently launched its Christmas collection which includes food creations such as Port Gummi Bears and ‘The Candle’.
