The BSA will take to the Taste Experience stage at 16.15 and will also be hosting a stand (G50) to promote this year’s awards – the Michelin stars of the hot drinks industry.
A team of experts, led by Martyn Herriott, executive director, BSA, will be demonstrating how to boost profits by serving high quality milk-based drinks – cappuccino, latte, flat white and how to prepare and serve tea for maximum impact.
The BSA will also be calling all ‘out of home’ cafes (fixed & mobile) and restaurants in England, Scotland and Wales to enter its Beverage Standards Awards –open to members and non-members.
Martyn Herriott, executive director, BSA, said: “We want to encourage as many outlets as possible to enter these Awards – there’s still time. Entering is quick and easy – simply log onto our web site and you can enter online.”
He added: “Please visit our stand and find out what the BSA can offer you. The BSA represents members’ interests by delivering, developing and endorsing best practice in our industry through training, education and networking. We aim to improve the standards and quality of products and service in the out of home hot beverage market.”
