Abstract
As part of airline British Airways’ £4.5 billion investment plan, it is enhancing its in-flight menus on short haul business class flights.

Available to and from London Heathrow and Gatwick as of this week (12 September), the updated offering will cover trips to destinations such as Faro.

As well as ‘enhanced’ recipes, the airline will now offer business passengers its signature warm breads and dishes, including: Herefordshire roast beef on tartar cream with rocket, sausage and mash, and British cheeses.

Each flight will have two hot and one cold option, with menus set to change bi-weekly from Heathrow and monthly from Gatwick.

Drinks will also be updated - offering a new wine range and coffee from British roaster, Union Hand-Roasted coffee.

Economy passengers will also benefit from a new autumn menu, featuring BA’s chicken and bacon sandwich and vegetarian café sandwich selection.
