Abstract
The eight regional finalists in Essential Cuisine’s search for the UK’s best chef team have been revealed, with a public vote to decide the winner now open.
Following a paper submission judging session, which decided the final eight, the brigades were then tasked with creating a short video to bring their original entry to life and showcase their kitchen camaraderie, togetherness and teamwork.
Voters now have until midday on June 27th to watch the videos and crown a winner.
