Brioche Pasquier, producer of fine French patisserie, has appointed Paul Thompson to its UK foodservice team, as sales manager.
Thompson has over 30 years’ experience in the foodservice sector and joins Brioche Pasquier following eight years within the bakery industry at Delice de France and Maison du Pain.
He said: “Brioche Pasquier is a well-established name in bakery, and I’m excited to join the Company at a time when it’s looking to strengthen its presence within UK foodservice.
“There has been considerable investment in the Company’s international growth and development – including the recent building of a new production site in Milton Keynes – and I’m very much looking forward to developing the profile of the brand amongst UK foodservice operators and wholesalers.”
The Brioche Pasquier Group was founded in 1936 and now employs over 3,000 people across Europe.
