Abstract
A new production site in Milton Keynes has been built for French patisserie producers, Brioche Pasquier, as the company looks to further international growth.

The factory will be fully operational by the end of the year and Brioche Pasquier is hoping to add to its workforce to cope with demand.

Eric Jouet, site director, Brioche Pasquier, said: “The completion of the new factory build is an exciting time for Brioche Pasquier, and we can’t wait to get into our new facility. We are working hard to get the factory operational, so are looking to expand our team in order to achieve this.”

The team has been based in Milton Keynes for 12 years and the company’s turnover now exceeds £36 million in turnover. The group currently has seventeen production plants and has strong ambitions to continue its international development, with the UK being a key target for growth.
