Brakes received a gold medal in the Dessert category for its Sysco Premium 9” Burnt Basque, with the company also winning second gold medal for its Beef Bourguignon in the Specialist and Multi Portion Entrée.
Sysco Classic Seafood Sauce, Sysco Classic Large Mascarpone Filled Chocolate Topped Choux Bun, Sysco Premium Fishless Fishcake and Sysco Classic Steakhouse Chips all picked up bronze medals in their respective categories.
