Abstract
Brakes is aiming to strengthen its position in Scotland as it expands the operations of its specialist equipment supply and projects arm, Brakes Catering Equipment this spring.
- Kevin Finlay, Brakes channel head, said: “In addition to working in partnership with a great number of local authorities across Scotland Brakes Catering Equipment are now involved in tendering for a number of other large contracts in Scotland, with the valuable support of some of the country’s leading equipment manufacturers, such as Falcon and E&R Moffat.”
- Brakes is also growing its sales force with the addition of new staff and has plans for its bespoke projects team to grow, providing chefs and caterers from all sectors with expert advice on choosing the right option for their business.
