BM Caterers raises more than £60,000 for Ukraine
Abstract
BM Caterers’ third Golden Hearts dinner has raised more than £60,000 for Ukraine, taking the total raised to £150,000 over the last two years.

The event took place on Friday 8th November at BM client site Hogan Lovells in London. BM consultant chef Adam Byatt, owner of Michelin-starred Trinity restaurant in Clapham, served the 200 guests a three-course meal.

The Golden Hearts Dinner featured a charity auction, which included donated from people across the hospitality sector. Money raised from the auction and ticket sales went towards the final total.

Keynote speakers Ukrainian chef Olia Hercules and journalist Felicity Spector discussed their experiences of the war, their projects to support Ukraine’s people, the food culture and what support the UK food industry can give.

Angus Brydon, managing director at BM Caterers, said: “We are so proud to see the continued support of our BM family and the wider food industry for Ukraine.

“Our Golden Hearts dinners are all about coming together, sharing a meal, and doing something meaningful as a community, and we stand with the people of Ukraine, doing what we can to support these people who have shown incredible courage. We’re grateful to so many people, including our BM family, Hogan Lovells, suppliers and partners, who have contributed significantly to the success of this event.”
