More than 100 team members were nominated for the company’s Inspiring People Awards, which were whittled down to 30 award winners, ranging from chefs and HR to baristas and front of house. Each winner received a signed certificate and was recognised through a series of celebratory posts on BM’s internal communications app.
Hospitality assistant Daiva Pavasaryte was nominated for her ‘unwavering dedication to her team’ and being ‘a true team player, uplifting those around her through genuine care and encouragement’. Pop-up Pioneers chef Sunil Varma was recognised for his support and commitment not only to BM but charities and social enterprises.
