Abbey Rangers Ladies, sponsored by 2018 Contract Caterer of the Year Blue Apple, have won the league for the second season in a row.
They won the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League after an incredible season where they won 16 of their 22 games, drawing just two and accumulating 50 points.
Ruston Toms, founding director at Blue Apple, said: “It is an amazing time for women’s football at the moment, particularly as the women’s World Cup is making waves around the world, and we are proud to sponsor such a fantastic local team. Win, lose or draw we are always behind them at every game and we wish them every success next season.”
The team will compete in the Southern Region Women’s Football League Division One next season.
