Blair Castle signs five year contract with Prestige Scotland

Blair Castle, home of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl, has extended its catering contract with Prestige Scotland for a further five years.
As part of the seven figure contract, Prestige Scotland will provide catering at Blair Castle's 120 cover restaurant as well as for corporate events, weddings and annual dinners such as the Keepers of the Quaich, which is held for the Scotch whisky industry. Austin Tilsley, Prestige Scotland regional director, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be extending our relationship with Blair Castle for a further five years. "Blair Castle is one of Scotland's most magnificent estates. It has been a pleasure building up a such a good relationship with the estate over the past 15 years, and we look forward to improving the food and drink experience to visitors and corporate guests even further in the coming years." Mike Dukes, head of visitor services at Atholl Estates, added: "As a VisitScotland five star attraction it is important for Blair Castle to offer a consistently high level of service throughout the time our guests spend with us. "Our partnership with Prestige Scotland has ensured that the quality of our food delivers to this standard, whether for a day visitor looking for a great coffee and homemade cake or a bride and groom wanting a special menu for their important day."
