Blair Castle signs five year contract with Prestige Scotland

As part of the seven figure contract, Prestige Scotland will provide catering at Blair Castle's 120 cover restaurant as well as for corporate events, weddings and annual dinners such as the Keepers of the Quaich, which is held for the Scotch whisky industry. Austin Tilsley, Prestige Scotland regional director, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be extending our relationship with Blair Castle for a further five years. "Blair Castle is one of Scotland's most magnificent estates. It has been a pleasure building up a such a good relationship with the estate over the past 15 years, and we look forward to improving the food and drink experience to visitors and corporate guests even further in the coming years."
