Nathalie, who is the creative director, is taking the slot that would have been delivered by Black Sheep’s CEO and founder Tim Mutton as Tim is returning from Dubai on the April 23rd and could not guarantee being there in time.
Delegates can look forward to a presentation from Nathalie covering the international impact of design and creativity in foodservice. Nathalie is well placed to talk on the subject given her key role as creative director within Blacksheep inspiring and mentoring the design teams to make the best better through the use of narrative and lateral thinking.
The agency’s clients include: Jamie Oliver, Raymond Blanc, Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, BrewDog and Wagamama.
Delegates will have the opportunity to quiz the ‘View from the Hill’ Business Day panel which also includes: Peter Martin (Peach Reports), Paul Goodale (Epicurean Holdings) and Allister Richards (Gather & Gather).
