The Love British Food Fortnight guide gives insight into consumer dining habits, with research reporting 65% of consumers are more likely to visit a venue which highlights its ingredients are sourced from British farmers.
According to research, 56% of consumers say they are likely to pay extra for a dish where the main food item has been sourced from a British farmer. The research demonstrates the value in publicans communicating their commitment to local food sourcing to customers.
