Abstract
In response to rising demand for vegan food and drink, foodservice company Bidfood has launched its Vegan Cookbook to ‘make it easy for operators to serve vegan-friendly products and ingredients.’
From breakfast to street food, main courses and bakery, the company offers over 30 recipes to help caterers ‘think creatively’ and offer customers ‘exciting and innovative dishes’ wherever they choose to dine.
Sample dishes include: fruity quinoa porridge; tofu taco; Mexican stew; Hoisin soup; and sweet potato chocolate brownies.
