Bennett Hay has appointed Richard Blyth and Chris Marsland to its senior management team.
Blyth has previous experience working with Google as group manager for Restaurant Associates and later to run their multi-site contract with Prudential.
Marsland has held roles in operations, business development and consultancy for hospitality industry companies such as Vacherin, Sodexo Prestige and Tricon.
Owner and director Robin Hay, said: “The two new strategic appointments reflect Bennett Hay’s business growth and reinforce our ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional service ethos.”
Blyth will be working closely with co-founder, Robin Hay, to continually shape and deliver excellent service experiences, while Marsland will focus on new business development and innovation, areas overseen by co-founder Anthony Bennett.
