Ziebeck, with experience at Kingfisher Group and the Carphone Warehouse in central group purchasing roles, will be responsible for overall management of the purchasing team.

Bexon, previously group buyer for the Principle Hotels group and a buyer at Beacon, will be responsible for the food category and build on existing collaborative supply relationships.
Bexon said: “It’s great to be returning to Beacon, having worked with the organisation previously.
“I look forward to becoming part of a strong team of procurement professionals, and hope to help the company go from strength to strength through new opportunities that are arising, such as e-commerce.”
Established in 2000, Beacon provides purchasing, consultancy and business support to the hospitality, leisure and healthcare industries. Beacon is managed by parent brand Interchange and Consort Hotels, who also manage Best Western hotel group.
