Judge has experience in the food purchasing industry in a range of roles spanning hotel consultancy, hospitality management and business.
He said: “I had been following Beacon for many years, but it was after Beacon rebranded in 2013 that I really noticed them and I knew it was a company that was growing fast.
“It was Beacon’s reputation in the industry and the quality of work the team is carrying out for its customers that led to me approaching them when I returned to the UK from Dubai.
“I have already had the opportunity to work on a multitude of different projects and I’m excited to work with Beacon as it continues to grow and support the UK hospitality, leisure and healthcare industries.”
Beacon works with a range of suppliers including Brakes, Bidvest Foodservice, Premier Foods and Unilever Food Solutions.
