He said the result was an agreement that would ensure “well priced, fresh and contemporary food” was made available to the university’s 20,000 full-time, and 20,000 part-time students.

UAL has provided us with great experience in this important sector and our drive for fresh food, applying sustainable practices and delivering an elevated customer experience will be the foundations of this contract for the next five years.
