The new three-year contracts with three different organisations across London and the South add five new operations to the bartlett mitchell portfolio and will cater for 1,500 customers a day.
The largest contract win is with employee benefits organisation, Unum.
Head of property services, Mark Baker said: “For all the many areas that my teams work across, catering has to be the most important one to get right. Food is such an emotive and subjective issue that is so visible every minute of every day.
“We were so impressed by bartlett mitchell's unending passion for what they do and their unrivalled commitment to their customers. Combine that with a clear alignment with our own corporate values and this made them the natural choice for Unum. We are all very excited about working with bartlett mitchell as our service partner and look forward to a strong and long relationship."
bartlett mitchell will cater for three sites for Unum in Dorking, Basingstoke and Bristol. The wins also welcome over 20 new team members to the company who will provide a wide range of services including staff restaurant services, cafés, deli bars, vending and hospitality services.
Lin Dickens, bartlett mitchell’s sales & marketing director added: “This is a fantastic way for us to start the year – we’re delighted to win these contracts. Wins on this scale are a great boost. It was a real team effort to win these significant chunks of business – from our directors, to our head office sales team and unit-based staff on site visits. They all did a great job and I’m proud of them.”
