Abstract
Staff at independent caterer Bartlett Mitchell have helped to raise over £10,000 for children’s charity Little Troopers, by climbing Mount Snowdon.

The 13-strong team and 10 of their family members joined a group of 52 others in the 2018 Snowdon Challenge on May 6.

Little Troopers support all military children and count Bartlett Mitchell executive chairman Wendy Bartlett among its trustees.

Ian Thomas, chief executive of Bartlett Mitchell, said: “There was a great atmosphere, sense of achievement and camaraderie on the day and I am immensely proud of the efforts by the BM team and their family members to support this worthy cause. We are also so grateful to all those who sponsored, it was a great motivator to complete the challenge.”

Bartlett Mitchell also provides office space and resources to Little Troopers founder Louise Fetigan, enabling her to help children of parents serving in active military service.

Other Little Troopers initiatives include the sending of birthday cards, organised trips and extensive emotional support - including an online portal for parents to load pre-recorded bedtime stories, from which their children can later download and listen.
