Steel, who has been with the company for two and half years as a development chef, will play a ‘crucial’ role in supporting and developing new and existing contracts across the company’s portfolio.
Steel said: “I feel incredibly proud, honoured and privileged to be promoted to Chef Director of business development. Prior to joining Bartlett Mitchell, Steel’s experience in the foodservice sector included senior chef roles at Barclays and Sky TV.
He will report to strategic business development director James Greetham, who recently joined the business.
