Abstract
Atlantic Foods, providers of menu solutions to the UK foodservice market, has acquired Oasis Foods – a UK based manufacturer known within the industry for its mayonnaise products.
Expanding Atlantic's portfolio of value added poultry, meat, fish, sauces & dressings and desserts; the acquisition will see Oasis Foods' factory at High Wycombe benefit from planned investment to create a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a focus on innovation and menu development. Commenting on the acquisition, Russell Maddock, chief executive, Atlantic Foods said: "Oasis Foods is the perfect addition to the Atlantic Foods as it complements our existing business. It is a great opportunity for Atlantic and one which we believe will strengthen our already strong position in the sauces, mayonnaise and dressings market."
